Up to 2 lines. We'll let you know if your wording needs a little tweak to look its best.
Can I choose my own embroidery font?
We embroider every piece in our signature font so everything looks consistent and gorgeous.
Do you offer ready-made designs?
Yes – browse our ready-made designs if you'd like some inspiration or a quick gift.
How do I care for my item?
Hand wash or cool gentle wash inside out, and don't iron directly over the embroidery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Personalised items are made to order. Please see our delivery page for current timings.
Can I return a personalised item?
As personalised items are made just for you, they can't be returned unless faulty.
